SCHOOL LEADERSHIP STUDY
SELI is conducting an in-depth study of principal pre-service and in-service professional development programs. This study is funded by the Wallace Foundation and is looking at three areas: (1) the qualities of effective training programs, (2) the current financial structure of professional development, and (3) institutional, organizational, and financial enablers of effective programs.
