The Stanford Educational Leadership Institute (SELI) is a joint partnership of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and School of Education. SELI's programs, services, and research integrate cutting-edge knowledge from the business and education fields to support current and emerging public sector leaders to design and manage high-performing organizations. SELI's mission is to improve student achievement, maximize human and employee performance, and optimize organizational and community development by providing leaders with the necessary tools and resources to create effective change.
